Chandra Wilson presented the Trailblazer Award to Anika Noni Rose at the 27th Annual NAACP Theatre Awards, held at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA. Chandra and Anika began their friendship years ago while doing a workshop reading of what became the Broadway production of Caroline, or Change. What a pleasure it has been to watch the growth of Anika’s diverse and stellar career, and for her to receive this recognition.
