The Grey’s Anatomy star faced her own real-life medical crisis when her daughter Sarina was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease three years ago.
Now Chandra is helping to shed light on the condition, also known as cyclic vomiting syndrome, by serving as celebrity ambassador for the organisation CureMito.
