2/22/2019  Chandra presented Debbie Allen with the 2019 WIN Awards Woman of the Year honor.  It is still very surreal to be presenting to this icon, working with her and being a friend to someone she grew up watching on TV and dreaming about when she would finally get to audition for her!  Thank you to Nicole Wong from Luxury Brand Group for providing the fabulous jewelry by Belle Etoile and Cirari.  And thank you Belle Etoile for the shout out!!!
